For the 4th consecutive time, the Beirut LEED Continuous Education Workshop was held at Gefinor Rotana Hotel in Clemenceau, Beirut – Lebanon, joining sustainable minded LEED architects and engineers from numerous Lebanese companies on February 3rd and 4th 2017.

This year, SEEDS International team was keen on introducing new topics to the evergrowing audience. This allowed for interactive and constructive discussions between the various lecturers and the Leed professionals on the issues of Contractor’s sustainability requirements, sustainable building materials, biomimicry & biomimetic architecture, waste management, integrative design and simulation studies.

Moreover, SEEDS was proud this year to have “UL Environment”, a world leader in multi-attribute product certifications, and environmental product declarations & emissions testing, as a main contributor to the event presenting about sustainable building materials and internationally certified green-compliant products.

This 2-days workshop allowed the attendees to complete 15 LEED Continuous Education hours, part of maintaining credentials for both LEED APs and LEED GAs in a friendly and highly professional environment.

Professionals from top companies were part of this workshop. The list includes members of Dar Group, Khatib & Alami, ERGA Group, Pierre Dammous & Partners, Samir Khairallah & Partners, M1 Real estate, AJB Hightech and Agostine & Raphael Group, among many others.

The event was supported and endorsed by a Gold sponsorship from Tinol Paints, and a silver sponsorship from both BankMed and 22 degrees/Daikin.
